OnePoint Assistance is committed to providing valuable, high-quality digital assistance. We understand that outcomes can vary, and we aim to be fair and transparent about our refund approach.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your service date at support@onepointassistance.com with the following information:
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund where a portion of the service was delivered satisfactorily. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated clearly to you.
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by replying to our refund decision email. We will conduct an additional review and provide a final determination within 5 business days.
